This website is operated by Bella & I Beauty LLC, trade licence 2541389.01, formation number 2541389, registered at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("Bella & I", "we"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in AED and USD and include UAE VAT where applicable. We do our best to display colours accurately; screens vary, and a shade may look slightly different in person. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy; it’s accepted when we email confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, payment or suspected fraud reasons, with a full refund if payment was taken.

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store card details.

Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Always read the ingredient list, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

All content, images and branding belong to Bella & I and may not be used without written permission.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies.
