Welcome to Bella & I. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  1. All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Arab Emirates.
  2. Bella & I partners exclusively with Aramex for order shipments.
  3. Delivery Timeframes:
    • UAE: Free shipping for UAE.
    • International: Complimentary for orders above AED 500.
  4. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Bella & I is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  1. VAT & Duties
  1. For UAE and KSA deliveries, all VAT and duties are included.
  2. For international deliveries, customers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, or import taxes based on their country’s regulations.
  3. Bella & I is not liable for customs delays, holds, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
  1. Order Cancellation
  1. Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting Bella & I Customer Support.
  2. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  3. Bella & I reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  1. Due to hygiene and personal-use reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    • An incorrect item was received, or
    • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  2. Conditions for returns:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in their original condition.
    • Items must be returned in complete original packaging, including all labels, seals, and any complimentary items.
    • Returns must include the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  3. Bella & I reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
  1. Reporting Issues
  1. Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for a replacement.
